  Lost a customer because THEY wanted an insurance "Assignment" before they'd even write a damn estimate! Curly Proctor would roll over in his grave if he knew how hateful the receptionist as well.as the staff were today! When a shop.gets an assignment, that means you COMMIT to that shop for repair. They also said that "my car is OLD ('93 IN MONT CONDITION) and that they weren't going to go online to get the necessary part!!" Taking my $$$ ELSEWHERE folks. Rest in Peace Curly Proctor!
