  The food is set up as a "build your bowl" a Samoan style cuisine. Must would say it's like a big bowl of sushi. Food was fresh and quality of tuna was par .. Nothing really blew me away for taste. Quick friendky service, extremely clean facilities, not much seating, but a great spot for lean quality food. 3 stars for taste and price is WAY high.
