  Ran out of ink in the middle of a print job. Searched for places to purchase ink and landed on Cartridge World Website. Didn't see my cartridge on the list offered so I called them up. Richard answered the phone and was very nice and told me that my cartridge was available and if I brought in the used cartridge the price would go down. He also let me know that the store would be closing in an hour. I headed right over. There was one customer already there, but the wait wasn't long. The price of the cartridge was very reasonable and Richard also gave me some tips on how to deal with a problem my printer has been having. He was very friendly. I will be returning when I need more ink!
