But what made things even worse was the fact that I never got a phone call or a letter from Donald Bailey agency. Travelers said they have sent a letter but I never received one. I drove around for over 40 days uninsured. i found out 40 days later when I called to renew for another 6 month. Now my insurance have lapsed and I have to pay hundreds of dollars extra for insurance. I would give them zero star if I could
