  My first experience at Gerald Jones was with their service department when I brought my car in for service after moving to Augusta. This was such an exceptional experience I choose to purchase a new vehicle through them. From that moment on each and every experience has been a disaster. Receiving a car that was the wrong color, check. Asking them to check a tire and be told there was nothing wrong with it only for it to go flat less than 18 hours later, check. Finding out that they never put the lug nut key back with the other tire accessories in my car, check. For an auto dealer that sells good cars they certainly can't seem to get out of their own way.
