  The seller/realtor Jared is nice, but these homes are not worth the money. Unless it is your last resort like it was ours, try not to buy a D.R HORTON home in no neighborhood. The community looks nice, HOA fees are high and for no reason. It's $300 a year. I only been here 6 months. Have more photoes but couldn't find them. Hope this helps you make an important decision.
