  They consistently treat students like the scum of the earth, lose dental records, make it incredibly difficult to get appointments and often fail to update appointments in the system. We have had to get command involved multiple times for failing to take care of Soldiers. These are not indicators of a successfully run service entity. Once past the gatekeepers the care is adequate. I wish I could say I was proud of the level of service my Soldiers and peers receive here.

  Being a student in AIT and going here makes things very difficult. Rescheduling appointments is a nightmare and the receptionist is rude and not considerate of ones time.
