  The store itself is beautiful, great displays, a nice selection. However, the sales associates need to learn how to work in retail. Greet your customers, thank them for taking the time to drive to the store and shop there. I was appalled with the lack of treatment I received. It was not just me, they did not greet a single person who walked in there.
  
  I had a handful of items that I had to carry back to the dressing room, was never asked if someone could start a room for me. I finally became so frustrated that I asked for help. I said, "Does anyone work here and how do I get help?" I expect lack of customer service in other retail outlets. But at a small boutique, I want to be acknowledged and assisted, that is why I am willing to pay a higher price point.
  
  I typically shop online and will continue to do so. It definitely was not worth my time to go into the store. Very disappointed.
