  I ordered the new cheesecake Berry blizzard and did not care for it. Of course these things happened and I was not upset. However when I very politely requested a replacement of a different flavor. The person made no verbal response and had horrible non-verbal language. I thanked her and apologize for the inconvenience but still no response how rude!!!
